I feel privileged that Peggy Moore Nicely (Grandma) asked me to do this project. Each song was written by my wife's late grandfather, Reverend David Moore. He was a church planter and pastor for 30 years in Virginia and North Carolina. The title song "He Stands Ahead of Me" was written after he had been diagnosed with cancer and was told that he only had 3-6 months to live. He went on to live 20 more years until he went to be with the Lord in July of 2000.
